Hello, I’m Caroline, your nutritionist and well-being coach.

As former nutrition and wellbeing lecturer for Leeds Beckett University and The University of Hull, my research increasingly showed that dieting and calorie counting was not the answer to a healthy mind and body. I created Shape Up to improve people’s long-term energy levels, weight management, digestive health, fitness and mental health. I teach my clients why they should avoid crash dieting and the benefits of a healthy, well balanced and fulfilled life.

There is a healing power to food, and I believe the more energy and focus you place on improving your diet, mind and body, the happier and healthier you will become.

The body and mind are capable of achieving amazing things and with the right guidance, encouragement and training, you really can do anything. I recently went outside my own comfort zone and completed the Dartmoor Open Water Swim and The Drakes Island Swim. I can help and support you to step outside your comfort zone too!
