Classes can be booked at £5 a session. All taught online via Zoom & Facebook live. All classes adapted for home workouts & every level of fitness. Designed to work every muscle in the body, through a combination of HIIT, resistance & cardiovascular training.

Subscription includes membership to a private Facebook group for easy access to all classes (live or on catch up).

Subscription available at £20 a month, inclusive of 1 live class a week, all catch up and previous sessions. Live session taught every Tuesdays at 10:30AM.
