Join us every Wednesday at 10AM for an awesome workout, followed by an optional dip in the sea and a post workout coffee on the beach.

 Designed for every level of fitness & ability, in the perfect setting. Nature will embrace & energise you as you work every muscle in your body. Designed to increase physical strength, stamina, agility & overall fitness levels.

This is a boot camp / group personal training session designed to build strength & fitness through a variety of compound, resistance & body weight exercises. Each session will offer a variety of different workouts & exercises (adapted for every level of ability).

Not just a workout.. we engage the physical & then we embrace nature with an optional sea swim. Friendly and welcoming group. A great place to meet local people.
